New film 'Caught in Flight' will focus on the last few years in the life of the People's Princess, including her romance with Dr. Dr. Hasnat Khan. Naomi Watts looked every inch a princess on Monday, as she channeled the late Princess Diana in eerily perfect hair and makeup on the set of her new film. Watts wore her hair short and blond in Diana's signature style, dressing up in evening wear and pearls to complete the look. The actress has made the transformation to play Diana in the upcoming film "Caught in Flight," now being shot in the UK and due to hit theaters in 2013. "It is such an honor to be able to play this iconic role - Princess Diana was loved across the world, and I look forward to rising to the challenge of playing her on screen," Watts said in a statement in February, when she got the role The film is expected to portray the last two years of Diana's life before her death in August of 1997, focusing on her romance with the "love of her life" Dr. Hasnat Khan, according to IndieWire.
